      <description>Location: Basel | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Our client, a leader in the aerospace MRO sector, is currently looking for a B1 Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves working with the B(Apply online only) aircraft and is suited for licensed aircraft engineers with a strong background in aircraft maintenance.   Key Responsibilities:    Performing maintenance and repairs on B(Apply online only) aircraft  Ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards and regulations  Conducting detailed inspections and fault diagnosis  Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities  Collaborating with other teams to ensure timely completion of tasks  Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers    Job Requirements:    Current B1 Engineer licence with type rating on the B(Apply online only)  Thorough understanding of aviation safety standards  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail  Ability to work effectively under a contract arrangement  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities  Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship   This contract is Monday to Friday, working 8.5 hours a week, with the possibility of overtime.
