We''re looking for experienced Azure Platform Engineering Consultants to join a major cloud transformation programme delivering Telco-as-a-Service on Azure. Azure Platform Engineer Location: Hybrid / Newbury Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 + Benefits This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale Azure platform, helping build secure, scalable and production-ready cloud capabilities that will underpin future digital services. Working alongside an established engineering team, you''ll deliver reusable platform components, Infrastructure as Code, automation and engineering best practices while supporting the ongoing development of a modern enterprise cloud platform. What You''ll Do Design, build and optimise Azure platform capabilities that are secure, scalable and resilient. Develop production-ready Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Terragrunt and Azure-native tooling. Create reusable Azure platform templates and engineering patterns to support consistent platform adoption. Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and release processes. Implement observability, monitoring, logging, resilience and operational readiness across the platform. Embed FinOps principles, improving cloud cost visibility and optimisation.
