Contract: Azure DevOps ADO ConsultantDuration: 3 month initial contract + extensionsIR35: Inside IR35, via umbrellaRate: Open to a discussionThe roleTo re-structure and optimise the client''s Azure DevOps environment. They need a genuine ADO expert who can design and configure the system and bring industry best practice to reshape how it is used across the delivery function.Key responsibilities:Assess the current ADO configuration and how the system is being used across requirements gathering, sprint management, testing and defect management, and task managementWork with the Change and IT teams to discuss and challenge proposed changesImplement the agreed changesTrain and upskill Project Management, BA, and Testing teamsProduce written guidance documentation where requiredRequirementsProven expertise in Azure DevOps design and configurationStrong grasp of best practice across Agile delivery: requirements, sprints, testing and defect management, task managementAble to review an existing setup, recommend improvements, and challenge stakeholders constructivelyConfident delivering training and producing clear written documentationReasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
