DevOps / Cloud Engineer (AWS) Active SC Clearance EssentialDay Rate: 600 per day (Outside IR35) Location: Hybrid, London (1 day per week onsite) Contract Length: Initial 6 months Start Date: Immediate / ASAP Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance required We are partnering with a leading government programme to recruit an experienced DevOps / Cloud Engineer to join a highly skilled cloud engineering function. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale digital transformation programme, helping to design, automate and support secure cloud environments that underpin critical public sector services. Working closely with architects, developers and security specialists, you will play a key role in building scalable cloud platforms, enhancing deployment capabilities and driving DevOps best practices across the organisation. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and maintain secure AWS cloud infrastructure.Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.Build, optimise and support CI/CD pipelines utilising GitHub Actions and Jenkins.Deploy, manage and troubleshoot containerised applications with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).Implement monitoring, logging and observability solutions to improve platform visibility.Automate operational and deployment processes using Python and Bash scripting.Ensure platform reliability, scalability and high availability.Maintain security, compliance and governance standards across cloud environments.Support ..... full job details .....
