Awareness and Prevention Practitioner, Child Exploitation Salary: £26.097 (£15,869.80 pro rata) Contact: Permanent, part-time 22.5 hours per week Location: Office is Meeting Point House, Southwater, Shropshire, United Kingdom. Our STEPS is an integrated Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE) support service which spans across West Mercia. The four regions of West Mercia are Herefordshire, Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin and Worcestershire. Job Description In your role you will: Develop and deliver a range of group programmes, workshops and training packages for young people, professionals, parents and carers. Work with children and young people at risk of CSE and CCE by identifying risk factors and intervening early to prevent exploitation. Develop and deliver tailored interventions to reduce vulnerability. Use trauma-informed approaches to build trust and resilience. Proactively utilise safeguarding protocols to information share and protect children from harm. ..... full job details .....
