We are currently seeking an enthusiastic detail-orientated Awards Standards Manager to join our head office team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover) With a good knowledge of workplace health and safety management, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Head of Awards, and the wider judging and assessment team, to oversee the awards assessment and review processes. This role is pivotal to maintaining the high-standards and reputation of RoSPA''s industry-leading Health and Safety Awards, which celebrate their 70th anniversary during 2026. Whilst we are looking for a full time role (35 hours per week), we would also consider this as a part time position of 28 hours per week (pro-rata salary).
