We are looking for a talented and versatile EA/Office/Ops Manager to join this successful and well-renowned Creative Advertising Agency. Working in an iconic London location, with in-office work four days a week and one day from home, this role is ideal for someone comfortable managing multiple projects and wearing many hats. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Extensive diary management for CEO and MD, exercising confidentialityHandling expenses for the boardTravel bookingsAssisting the Finance Director with training organisationBuilding PowerPoint presentations for the CEO and MD, using experience to help with proactive proposalsProviding confidential HR supportLeading, managing, and motivating the support team (reception, office, IT)Organising and coordinating efficient back-office supportAssisting with negotiations and delivery of office stay or relocationManaging facilities maintenance to ensure health and safety complianceBuilding strong relationships with facility suppliersMaintaining and negotiating maintenance contractsDelivering IT solutions with a digital-first approachLeading office culture initiativesManaging equipment to ensure efficient meeting rooms, supported by ITCo-ordinating agency events and supporting event logisticsThis role is perfect for a self-starter with excellent organisational and communication skills at all levels.
