AVP Financial Crime Case Worker

Location: Glasgow Rate: Up to £400 per day, Inside IR35 Level: AVP Sector: Banking/Financial Services Engagement: ContractThe OpportunityWe are looking for experienced AVP-level Financial Crime Case Workers to support a major programme within a leading UK bank. The position will focus on the ownership and investigation of complex and higher-risk cases, requiring strong Financial Crime knowledge, investigative capability and sound risk-based judgement.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of complex and higher-risk Financial Crime cases.Conduct detailed investigations and case reviews.Analyse customer information, documentation and potential risk indicators.Perform risk assessments and make well-supported, risk-based recommendations.Identify cases requiring further escalation or specialist review.Maintain clear and defensible case records and decision rationale.Ensure cases adhere to internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.Manage cases efficiently through to resolution.Engage with Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime and operational stakeholders.Support less experienced case workers where required.Experience Required5+ years'' relevant experience within Banking or Financial Services.Strong Financial Crime case management or investigations background.Experience within AML, KYC, Financial Crime, Risk, Compliance or Investigations.Demonstrable experience managing complex or higher-risk cases.Strong investigative and analytical capabilities.Excellent risk assessment and ..... full job details .....
