This is a fully remote position, offering genuine flexibility while working closely with a specialist London-based aviation practice.The Aviation Claims Executive will manage a significant portfolio of passenger claims for a high-profile airline client. This role is ideally suited to an Aviation Claims Executive seeking high-quality aviation work within a structured remote environment.Key responsibilities:Managing a high-volume caseload of passenger aviation claimsHandling litigated matters before the English courts from instruction to resolutionAdvising on liability and quantum in aviation-related disputesLiaising directly with airline clients and internal stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirementsRequirements:Proven aviation claims experience (essential)Experience handling litigated claims in the English courtsUK261 claim experience preferred (training can be provided)Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy caseload independentlyExcellent client engagement and communication skillsThe successful Aviation Claims Executive will be confident taking ownership of matters and thriving in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
