Purpose - To act as the position of an avionic workshop operator/maintainer based at RNAS Yeovilton under Leonardo Electronics UK management, responsible for all aspects of technical and logistical support within the Continuing Airworthiness Management Service Organisation, under a MAOS Part 145 approved maintenance organisation, for all activities pertinent to the avionics workshop ensuring that the UK MoD MAA Regulatory Article environment is satisfied at all times.The maintainer must be flexible to perform operational requirements within an environmentally controlled facility with limited natural lighting and capable to be able to carry out manual handling of heavy equipment, bending and kneeling as part of their normal day-today activities.
