This is a chance to work with complex AV/IT systems, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and grow your technical skills in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.What You''ll Be DoingAs an AV Field Service Engineer, your role will be hands-on, client-facing, and varied:Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair AV/IT systems on-sitePerform room and system checks, preventive maintenance, and service handoversSupport clients remotely and on-site with technical issuesWork with advanced AV equipment: displays, control systems, audio systems, and signal extendersCollaborate with project and engineering teams to ensure smooth site operationsOccasionally supervise technical sub-contractorsWhat the Client is looking forEssential Skills and Experience:Strong experience with commercial AV systems: projection, flat panels, control systems, audio/video matrix, DSPs, and signal transmissionHands-on knowledge of Crestron NVX systemsUnderstanding of TCP/IP networking, using tools like WireShark or Packet TracerAbility to read schematics, troubleshoot AV signals, and use hand tools confidentlyExcellent communication skills for working with clients, teams, and stakeholdersUK Driving LicenceDesirable Skills:Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCITP, or equivalentExperience with AMX, Extron, or Crestron ..... full job details .....
