This role would suit someone with experience in audio visual procurement or purchasing who enjoys a varied, fast-paced environment. Duties Raise and manage purchase orders for AV equipment and project materials. Source products and negotiate pricing, lead times and supplier terms. Coordinate UK and international shipments. Prepare export documentation and customs paperwork. Plan and organise deliveries to project sites. Receive, inspect and verify incoming deliveries. Maintain and update equipment and kit lists. Label, palletise and prepare equipment for shipment. Loading and unloading of deliveries. Manage supplier returns, warranty claims and damaged goods.
