We''re looking for an experienced AV Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile AV systems across the UK. You''ll manage projects from handover to completion, coordinating engineering, design, and installation teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to the highest standards.

What you''ll do:

• Lead new build and major refurbishment AV projects
• Coordinate teams, manage budgets, and track progress
• Attend sites, resolve challenges, and ensure quality handover
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders

What we''re looking for:

• Proven AV project management experience
• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems (video, control, DSP, audio, projection, lighting)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• UK driving license and willingness to travel
