A leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally. Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Site Manager to be a key part of our London team, taking full responsibility forensuring all activities at client’s conference centre locations are delivered as per existing SLAs. They are the face of Global Multimedia Services to the client and have a primary goal of satisfying the client’s needs throughout their meetings and events. Site Managers work with technicians, general client services and the technical production team to plan for events and meetings occurring in the conference centre by fulfilling staffing requirements, certifying equipment health, managing costs and overlooking onsite activities.Team ManagementDirect management of onsite technicians and cover/freelancersService Improvements – work with the Operations Team to identify service improvementsIncident management – manage process lifecycle as per client internal processesDiscipline – maintain an organized and professional environment where the team is managed to meet and exceed client standardsPerformance Management – regular 1 to 1 meetings with direct reports, performance improvement plans if requiredDaily workload management and allocation of all resourcesAdministrationDaily and Weekly Operations Meetings – staff requirements, technical requirements, room health status, AV chargesStaff rota and holiday requestsService Requests - decision maker regarding service requests for their respective locationsMaintenance - ensure that all spaces are being regularly checked by technicians in line with existing proceduresService Repairs - In the event of a service failure, site managers are responsible for opening and closing tickets regarding the issue at hand, engaging the service team for break/fix items if necessary, and escalating if still not resolvedBusiness Liaison – client communication, updates, feedback, and operational statusFinancial – Monthly billing reports, purchases, overtimeEquipment Inventory and TrackingWeekly Events Scheduling Forecast – staff, hire, and technical requirementsReporting Metrics - ensure all operational financial, and metrics reports are provided to the client and proAV senior management both via Monthly/Quarterly Service Reviews and ad-hoc requests* 3% pension contribution (After 6 months probationary Period)* 23 days holiday in first year* Death in service (3x Annual Salary)* Private medical insurance (After 6 months probationary period)* Working for a company who has the infrastructure and resource to deliver the solutionsthey sell, Cutting edge video conferencing solutions* Join a company who will value you and your opinionsTo apply for this vacancy, please send an email to: [emailprotected] with your name, contact telephone number and attach the latest copy of your ..... full job details .....
