Standard working hours are generally 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an AV Manager to join the team at a busy and prestigious hotel conference and events venue in Kenilworth. you must have a full driving licence The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality audio visual services across a wide range of conferences, meetings, corporate events and live productions. This is a hands-on, client-facing position combining technical expertise, event delivery, team leadership and commercial awareness. You will work closely with the hotel''s Sales, Events and Operations teams to ensure all events are delivered to a consistently high standard, while identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience through additional AV services.
