This is a great opportunity for an experienced AV professional looking to step into management while still remaining hands-on when required. You''ll be responsible for: Client liaison, quoting and event planning Coordinating equipment, crew and rotas Managing technical delivery from enquiry through to completion Supporting day-to-day venue AV requirements Providing hands-on AV support when needed We''re looking for someone with a strong background in AV, live events or technical production who is organised, commercially aware and confident dealing with clients and venue stakeholders. The role is predominantly management-focused, so you''ll need to enjoy taking ownership, working within established processes and supporting the commercial side of the operation.
