We’re looking for a skilled AV Installation Supervisor to lead on-site installs from first fix to commissioning. You’ll bring strong AV systems knowledge, great communication, and a hands-on approach to delivering high-quality projects safely and on time.Skills and Experience

Working knowledge of current AV systems, associated IT elements, and their installation (including AMX, Crestron, Extron, audio DSP, Video conferencing, etc.)Understanding of client needs, room environments, and the ability to use technical knowledge of AV equipment, design concepts, and schematic drawingsExcellent organisational skillsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful approachAdministration skills, including typing and reporting using Office applicationsThe ability to deliver under pressure with minimum supervisionEffective communication with people at all levelsA positive and enthusiastic approach to delivering the roleExperience of meeting targets and deadlines and working under pressureKey Tasks

Managing all aspects of the on-site installation team from first fix to commissioningEnsuring that the AV system is installed in accordance with the project scope of works and/or brief and is functioning properlyResource planning including project updates, risk reporting, logistics and consumable requests, and on-site resourcesRepresenting the project manager in their absence and signing off for the completion of small projects or where delegatedClear and concise communication both internally and externally, and attending coordination meetings where appropriateMaintaining HandS files and safe systems of work for the project and conducting HandS awareness briefingsQuality assurance, including reviews of installation ..... full job details .....
