AV Field Service Engineer Location: London Salary: £40k-£45k About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced AV Field Service Engineer to join our client s team, providing technical support and maintenance across multiple client sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled engineer with experience in audiovisual (AV), video conferencing (VC) and unified communications (UC) technologies. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring AV systems operate reliably and efficiently. Working both on-site and remotely, you will play a key role in meeting service-level agreements (SLAs), maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring faults are resolved promptly. Key Responsibilities Provide field-based engineering support across client sites, including on-site fault diagnosis and remote technical assistance. Install, maintain, test and troubleshoot AV, video conferencing and unified communications systems. Respond to service requests and resolve technical issues within agreed service-level targets. Manage and update fault tickets accurately, ensuring progress and resolutions are documented. Carry out preventative maintenance visits to maintain system performance and reliability. Conduct site surveys and support small-scale AV installations, including testing and client handovers. Provide technical support for meetings, events and AV facilities when required.
