Location: London | Salary: Up to -45,000 + Expenses Paid

We''re representing one of the most respected technology companies in the AV industry, and they''re searching for a talented AV Engineer to join their growing team.

The Role

• 50/50 split between office-based remote tech support and on-site field service.
• Troubleshoot and fix AV/UC/VC systems remotely-then step on-site when a hands-on solution is needed.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Future scope to lead the service desk, move into commissioning, or progress into senior positions as the team grows.

What We''re Looking For

• Proven AV/UC/VC fault-finding and servicing experience.
• Experience with Crestron, Polycom, QSYS, Extron and Dante ideally
• Comfortable balancing desk-based support with on-site engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
• Someone ready to grow with a company that values your expertise and input.
