This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing AV installation business (established 8 years) delivering Audio Visual installations across residential and commercial projects. Due to continued expansion, they''re looking to add a Lead Engineer to help drive standards on site, support delivery, and help develop company growth. You''ll be based from the Kenilworth HQ, working across a range of local and regional installations. You''ll be hands-on on the tools, but with added responsibility-leading installs, ensuring quality, and taking ownership of commissioning and handover. This role would suit an AV Engineer who takes pride in high standards and wants stability, overtime, and progression into Project Management or a more specialist programming route.
