Audio Visual Engineer - Smart HomeLocation: LondonSalary: 38,000 - 45,000 dependent on experienceJob Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are recruiting for an experienced Audio Visual Engineer to join a specialist integrated technology business delivering high-end residential AV and smart home solutions.Working across luxury residential properties, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, servicing and maintaining integrated technology systems, ensuring everything operates reliably and meets the highest standards.This is a varied, hands-on role combining on-site engineering, technical troubleshooting, commissioning and ongoing client support. You will also work alongside the wider engineering and aftercare teams to resolve complex technical issues and deliver an excellent client experience.Projects are based across the UK and internationally, offering exposure to a wide range of premium residential installations and integrated technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, commission and test AV and integrated smart home systems.Carry out servicing, planned maintenance, repairs and fault diagnosis at client properties.Troubleshoot technical issues across AV control systems, lighting, audio, video and network infrastructure.Provide remote technical support and assist with help desk enquiries.Manage service calls, support requests and planned system changes, maintaining accurate records.Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults efficiently and ..... full job details .....
