AV Design Engineer

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

The Role:

To draft technical design drawings for audio visual installation projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality AV system drawings, schematics, and pricing to support our sales and engineering teams
• Work closely with Business Development, Technical Support, and Procurement to ensure designs are practical and deliverable.
• Act as a subject matter expert during tenders and projects, providing technical input and feasibility advice.
• Maintain consistency and clarity across all AV designs, helping the business scale while keeping quality high.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in AV solutions design.
• Experience using design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup or Visio.
• The ability to explain complex technical designs to non technical stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence.
