AV Commissioning Engineer

I am working with a fast-growing audio-visual systems integrator (now circa 45 people) with a busy pipeline of high-end projects across the UK and Europe. The Role You will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and full on-site commissioning of various AV systems, ensuring everything works to specification and meets the client''s needs. Your time will be split between hands-on technical work and project closure: Commissioning and Testing (90%): Full on-site commissioning, advanced configuration, off-site testing, troubleshooting, clear reporting, and client training. Reporting and Management (10%): Vetting closure reports, managing "as-built vs. as-drawn" updates, and attending monthly improvement and team meetings. Ad-Hoc: Van and equipment stock management, scheduling office days, and maintaining file structure/revision control. What you will need: At least 4 years of solid audio-visual industry experience. Strong DSP programming skills (Biamp, Polycom, Extron, Crestron, or Shure). AVIXA CTS certification is essential (CTS-I is a bonus).
