      <description>Location: Perry Barr | Salary: &amp;pound;30000/annum | Type: Permanent | AutoStore Team Leader, Aston - £30k     The AutoStore Team Leader is responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the AutoStore system, ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate flow of stock and customer orders. The role focuses on achieving operational KPIs, delivering excellent customer service through on-time and accurate order fulfilmentand driving continuous improvement across all AutoStore processes.  The Team Leader will lead by example, coach and develop the team, proactively solve operational issues and act as the first point of contact for all AutoStore-related activities.     The Role of AutoStore Team Leader  Operational Leadership   Lead, motivate, and develop the AutoStoreteam to consistently achieve business objectives and performance targets.
