In this role, you will support Automotive apprentices throughout their learning journey, delivering training from the Aylesbury campus and carrying out workplace assessments and progress reviews with local employers. You will help learners develop the skills, knowledge and behaviors required to succeed within the Automotive industry while building strong relationships with both apprentices and employers. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle and have strong Automotive industry experience. EV and F-Gas qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential.
