Facilitate practical and theory-based learning sessions focused on diagnostics, electrical systems, and new vehicle technologies. Prepare, maintain, and update technical training materials and course content to align with industry and manufacturer developments. Conduct practical demonstrations, learner assessments, and knowledge evaluations to support competency development. Support learners with varying levels of technical experience by adapting delivery methods to suit individual learning needs. Promote learner engagement through interactive and structured training sessions. Assist with the rollout of new model and product launch training activities. Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, certifications, and administrative documentation.
