Automotive Technician / Mot Tester Hourly Rate: £17.21 per hour plus up to £1,000 monthly bonusLocation: Norwich Job Type: Full-timeJoin our team as an Automotive Technician and work in a state-of-the-art workshop equipped with the latest technologies. This role offers regular manufacturer training to keep your skills sharp and up-to-date. You will be part of a respected company known for its strong family values and commitment to staff development.Day-to-day of the role:Diagnose, repair, and service a range of vehicles following manufacturer and retailer guidelines efficiently and to the highest standards.Identify potential defects and worn components, responsibly reporting these for customer authorisation.Ensure work is completed right the first time to provide the best customer experience possible.Work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with a requirement to work 1 in every 3 Saturdays.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience as a fully qualified automotive technician with excellent fault-finding skills.NVQ Level 3 qualification, or equivalent, in light vehicle maintenance and repair preferred.MOT Tester''s Licence is advantageous.Full driving licence.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Commitment to upholding company values: Professional, Trust, Respect, Caring, and Together.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate of £17.21 plus potential monthly bonuses up to £1,000.Overtime paid at time and a half. ..... full job details .....
