Our client, a leader in the automotive training sector, is currently seeking a Technical Trainer in Coventry. This is a permanent role that calls for an engineer with a strong passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in learning and development.Key Responsibilities:Deliver a professional learning experience every timeProvide agreed number of days of learning through a blended approach of virtual and attended coursesConduct technical training events such as new product or technical update meetingsDeliver technical training across partner groupsPropose continual improvements to course structure and deliveryProvide technical learning for new inductees and assess their competenceOffer individual coaching for delegates as requiredCreate training solutions that deliver added valueAdapt teaching style to suit the audience, ensuring consistent delivery of key messagesBuild positive working relationships with staff and management teamsJob Requirements:Experience in a training delivery role with preferable experience in technical trainingUnderstanding and preferably a qualification in High Voltage systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in recognising and responding to different learning stylesStrong personal presence, confidence, and credibilityAbility to interact with a wide variety of delegatesFlexibility and resilienceWillingness to travel and stay away if requiredAbility to deliver blended learning methods, including virtual training ..... full job details .....
