on a permanent full time basis. Reporting into the Technical Support Team Manager, this position will be based in Milton Keynes.Overview

What you could be doing:Providing high quality technical support/resolutions for our Group network (all 6 brands) via group approved contact systems and software (DISS/ODIS), remote diagnosis, or dealer on-site visits based on a technical enquiry.Taking ownership of information and guidance with a customer-centric approach while meeting group global targets for quality and response.Proactively drive case resolution by remote support or hands-on repair guidance/coaching, collaborating with the Customer Service Centre, Technical Service Centre, brands, factories and National Learning Centre to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.Identify and influence process improvements to ensure Dealers are supported in determining the best options for customers and driving the most efficient solution through proactive measures and technology.Skills and experience you can bring to the role

Proven success in diagnosis on a range of vehicle systems with wide experience in all aspects of vehicle repairsMaster Technician qualification or ideally High Voltage Expert qualificationExcellent computer/analytical skills to troubleshoot issuesStrong communication skills to relay information effectively at all levels, both written and verbalHighly motivated self-starter able to work on own initiative with a desire to resolve a variety of technical issues while delivering world-class customer satisfactionFocus on prevention as well as cure and able to work independently as well as within a collaborative teamFull UK driving licenceWhat can we offer you?
