This role involves analysing root causes, connecting missing signals, and designing lasting solutions for ambiguous and unique technical puzzles. Your Daily Impact: Resolve Requests: Deliver high-quality diagnostic and repair support to ensure regional customer satisfaction. Monitor Success: Oversee the repair process, reporting on gaps and advising on performance improvements. Quality Control: Review existing processes and report on dealer performance regarding escalated cases. Coach and Mentor: Communicate with retailer staff to find root causes for technical deviations and prevent future support needs.
