Automotive Technical Assessor

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Automotive Technical Assessor. This role is responsible for inspecting, assessing, and processing warranty claims, ensuring all assessments are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on automotive experience and a strong technical understanding of vehicle components and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect and assess warranty claims in line with company proceduresAccurately process claims within agreed timescalesPrepare detailed technical rejection reports to a high standard and within required deadlinesIdentify, investigate, and report product-related technical issues where necessaryCommunicate professionally with customers and stakeholders regarding warranty mattersMaintain accurate records and documentation throughout the claims processSkills and Experience RequiredLevel 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and RepairPrevious hands-on experience working with vehiclesGenuine interest in and enthusiasm for the automotive industryProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and WordGCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent qualificationsStrong attention to detail and excellent written communication skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and technically minded individual to join a well-established organisation within the automotive sector.
