Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of reported technical issues and manage cases through to resolution using the technical support system.Provide field-based technical support to the dealer network and produce detailed visit reports.Prioritise and manage multiple complex technical cases simultaneously.Escalate unresolved issues to engineering teams, ensuring timely and customer-focused solutions.Support Quality teams in the investigation and resolution of product-related concerns.Assist Customer Experience teams with technical input relating to customer complaints.Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of technical support processes and systems.Review technical documentation received from global teams, ensuring it is suitable for the UK market and identifying any translation requirements.Develop and deliver technical presentations, seminars, and workshops for technicians across the dealer network.Create and maintain technical service bulletins, ..... full job details .....
