You will maximise workshop capacity by booking and managing service and repair work, keep customers updated, and identify additional work opportunities in a professional dealership environment.What you will do Book vehicles into the workshop to match capacity and customer availabilityDeal with customers face to face and by phone, keeping them updated on times and costsProduce accurate job cards estimates invoices and warranty paperworkIdentify additional work and convert opportunities professionally and ethicallyLiaise with parts and workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow and on time repairsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow up where needed What we need from you Previous experience as a Service Advisor Aftersales Advisor or similar role in a dealershipStrong customer service and communication skillsGood organisational ability and accuracy with job cards and paperworkCommercial awareness and confidence discussing additional work with customersKerridge experience advantageous but not essential Top benefits Up to £30,(Apply online only) per year depending on experience23 days holiday plus bank holidays ..... full job details .....
