Automotive Parts Advisor Full Time/Permanent Monday-Friday - 8am-5pm NO Weekends Basic Salary - 25,000 - 30,000 dependant on experience Additional Company Benefits Duties of a Parts Advisor Advising customers of the correct parts they require for their vehicle Taking orders over the phone or by email Checking availability of parts via system or physically in the warehouse Picking parts from the warehouse for technicians and customers Ordering parts via phone and online systems Suppling quotes Arranging deliveries to customers or workshops Dealing with payments Raising invoices and issuing receipts Managing parts returns of unwanted or incorrect stock Putting stock away and updating records Managing old unit returns Requirements of a Parts Advisor 3+ years of Automotive Parts Advisor experience within a bodyshop or main dealership environment.
