AUTOMOTIVE PAINT TECHNICIAN

Salary: £55,000, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Vanta Staffing are looking for an experienced Automotive Paint Technician to join a growing bodyshop specialist in the Maidenhead area.

• Prepare and repaint vehicles to a high standard.

• Complete all work within allocated timescales.

• Maintain excellent quality standards in line with customer and manufacturer expectations.

• Support, supervise and train less experienced technicians.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers and customers.

• Salary of £55,000, depending on experience.

• Uncapped personal bonus scheme with OTE of £65,000+.

Monday to Friday, with workshop hours of 7:30 am–5:00 pm. Some flexibility on start and finish times, with Saturdays if required.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Paint Technician within a bodyshop.

• ATA accreditation or currently working towards it.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to support and train junior technicians.

• A reliable, conscientious and professional attitude.

• Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
