This role is an initial fixed term contract for 3 months. Working Monday to Friday 5:30am - 2:15pm with potential overtime on weekends. Pay rates - -19.47 per hour Monday to Friday - -29.21 per hour after 40 hours and Saturdays - -38.94 per hour Sundays and bank holidays. You will be specifically Paint shop reporting to the Group Leader at McLaren Automotive, you will take on a role in ensuring a seamless and efficient operation within the application of paint is at it''s very best within one of our built-in quality areas, ensuring production continue a consistent, high quality application process. What You''ll Do Understand practical problem-solving methods and rework instructions. Escalate any issues found within the built-in quality stations and rectify to process standard Ensure 5s within your work area in line with McLaren expectations.
