We are looking for someone who enjoys being actively involved in the sales process, supporting the team, converting opportunities and ensuring the showroom operates efficiently. This opportunity would suit individuals with hands-on sales management experience who are confident managing customer enquiries, supporting negotiations and driving sales performance. We welcome applications from experienced Transaction Manager Showroom Manager Sales Controller Used Car Manager candidates, as well as Sales Managers and New Car Managers seeking a fresh opportunity. We would also consider a Senior Sales Executive ready to step up into their first management position, providing they demonstrate the right attitude, commercial understanding and ambition to progress. THE ROLE This is a hands-on position where you will work closely with the Sales Executives and senior management team to maximise opportunities, improve conversion and maintain excellent customer service standards.
