Automotive Learning Coach

Our client, a reputable institution in the automotive education sector, is seeking an experienced Automotive Learning Coach to join their team in Wythenshawe. This is a permanent role focusing on delivering high-quality training in automotive engineering.

• Delivering comprehensive training programmes in automotive engineering
• Developing and updating training materials to ensure they meet industry standards and best practices
• Assessing trainees'' performance and providing constructive feedback to drive improvement
• Collaborating with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall education experience
• Maintaining accurate records of trainees'' progress and achievements
• Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all trainees

• Experience in training and development within the automotive sector
• Strong knowledge of automotive engineering principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate trainees
• A passion for continuous learning and professional development
• Relevant qualifications in automotive engineering or a related field

• 26 days of annual leave, increasing with service (28 days after 1 year, 30 days after 2 years, 35 days after 5 years)
