This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with a strong track record in automotive sales management who can drive performance, develop a successful team and maintain high standards across the department. Reporting into the senior site leadership team, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the sales operation, including new and used vehicle sales, finance penetration, profitability, stock management and customer satisfaction.
