This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanic  to work on a fleet of specialist rail plant used to maintain and improve the UK rail network. You will carry out preventative maintenance, servicing, fault diagnosis and repairs to ensure rail plant equipment remains safe, reliable and fully operational. Key Responsibilities Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on rail plant fleet. Diagnose and rectify mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical faults. Interpret technical drawings, manuals and maintenance schedules. Complete maintenance reports and documentation accurately. Support condition-based monitoring activities, including oil and component sampling. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with railway safety standards and company procedures.
