The role and about you

If cars are more than a job to you, and you get real satisfaction from getting every detail right, this is a bodyshop that works the way you do.

You’ll work on specialist, high-end and motorsport vehicles, from Porsche, Ferrari and Lotus to race cars, replicas and restoration projects. These are the cars most bodyshop technicians only ever see at shows.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Repair fibreglass and carbon fibre
• Work with aluminium, steel and plastic bodywork
• Carry out filler and primer work
• Prepare and mask panels
• Repair damaged or hard-to-replace parts instead of simply swapping them
• Prepare vehicles and components for high-quality refinishing

Some projects will really test your craft. When a classic or race car needs a panel that simply doesn’t exist, you’ll repair, reshape and prepare the original to the highest standard. That’s the kind of work people remember.

This is genuine body repair and restoration, not a vehicle fitting role.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have proper body repair experience and a good eye for detail
• Are confident working with different materials
• Love cars and want to keep developing your skills

With work ranging from one-off projects to high-volume jobs, no two weeks look the same.
