In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to vehicle bodies, ensuring a flawless appearance and long-lasting protection. Your expertise will contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our body shop. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced painting equipment in a fast-paced, energetic environment where precision and craftsmanship are valued. Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm & Friday 7.30am-3.15pm. Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Mix paints, primers, and clear coats accurately according to manufacturer specifications Operate spray guns, HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) equipment, and other power tools safely and efficiently Apply multiple coats of paint with attention to detail, ensuring smooth, even coverage without runs or drips Inspect finished work for quality, color match, and finish consistency; perform touch-ups as needed ...
