In this role, you will coach and support apprentices working towards their automotive qualifications. You will manage a caseload of learners, carry out workplace visits, support portfolio development, and work closely with employers to ensure apprentices are progressing. The role is field-based across the South East, with hybrid working and flexibility built into your schedule.

The ideal candidate will be a Level 3 qualified Automotive Technician (Light Vehicle, HGV or PSV) with strong industry experience. An assessor qualification is desirable, but not essential, as full training and support will be provided. You should be a confident communicator, organised, and happy with regular travel and occasional stayaways.

The Role:

• Coach and support apprentices across automotive programmes
• Manage a caseload of learners (60 to 80)
• Carry out workplace visits and employer liaison
• Hybrid role with travel across the South East (Margate to Portsmouth)
• Full training and assessor qualifications provided

The Person:

• Level 3 Automotive qualification (Light Vehicle, HGV or PSV)
• Industry experience as a technician
• Assessor qualification desirable but not essential
• Full UK driving licence and happy to travel
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
