As a Flow Controller, you will keep products moving by resolving system jams, cleaning equipment, and supporting the maintenance team no tools or formal engineering qualifications required. What You ll Do: Monitor product flow in an automated warehouse Clear jams and minor issues (tool-free) Assist with cleaning, inspections, and general support Follow health and safety and hygiene standards Help coordinate spare parts and warranty handling What You ll Bring: Enthusiasm and a team focused approach Engineering related qualifications are a bonus, but not essential Comfortable working at height (up to 18m) and in chilled environment (2 4 C) Able to commit to Panama Shift Pattern (12-hr shifts, incl. days/nights/weekends) Physically fit, safety-aware, and detail-focused Basic computer literacy Flexible, positive attitude full training provided Why Apply?
