      <description>Location: London | Salary: 425.00-425.00 Daily | Type: Contract | Automation Tester - Data Start date, 1 June - 6 months, scope to extendInside IR35, £425 P/D Location: 2 days on site per month in Telford (Kit collection in London, Manchester or Bristol) Eligible for SC Automation Test Engineer focused on validating data pipelines and ensuring integrity of data across ETL processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute automated tests across data pipelinesValidate data transformations between source and target systemsBuild and maintain test frameworks for ETL validationWork closely with data engineers to ensure quality is embeddedSupport defect identification, root cause analysis, and resolutionExperience RequiredStrong experience in test automation within data / ETL environmentsExperience validating data pipelines and transformationsSQL proficiency for data validationFamiliarity with modern test tooling (e.g. Playwright or equivalent)Nice to HaveExperience testing Talend-based solutionsExposure to CI/CD pipelinesExperience in large-scale or government programmes</description>
