Responsibilities

Build and deliver comprehensive, robust, and reliable automated test frameworks and automation suites.

Operate within Government or security-cleared environments.

Participate in functional and non-functional testing, systems integration testing, security testing and performance testing.

Develop and maintain automated test suites and test infrastructure (e.g., Docker and containerisation).

Apply TDD and BDD principles and work with micro-service architectures and API testing principles.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

Test Engineering best practices

Functional and non-functional testing

Systems integration testing

Security testing

Performance testing

Development and maintenance of automated test suites

Test infrastructure – Docker and containerisation

TDD and BDD principles

Micro-service architecture and API testing principles

CI/CD pipelines

Java 11/17/21 and Spring Boot framework

Testing frameworks such as Cucumber, REST Assured, WireMock

SC Security Clearance for accessing production logs

Front-end testing frameworks such as Selenium

Accessibility testing (WCAG)

Experience in this sector is essential, as is SC Clearance eligibility.
