Automation Test Engineer - Playwright

This is a fully remote permanent position - (UK applicants only) Automation Test Engineer with strong Playwright experience and very good coding skills in either JavaScript / Typescript is required by my consulting client. We are working with a leading Consulting firm seeking an Automation Test Engineer with extensive Playwright experience, their client is a financial institution who are looking to establish automation frameworks (Playwright) and CI/CD pipelines from scratch. You will be the go-to person for automation strategy and delivery in a modern, cloud-based environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and build robust automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript or Javascript) Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, ideally within Azure DevOps Collaborate with client development and QA teams to embed automation throughout delivery Contribute to testing and deployment within cloud environments (preferably Azure) Champion automation best practices in a consulting-led, greenfield setting Skills and Experience: Strong background in test automation for web applications Good with Playwright, developing and building test cases from scratch Very confident in coding with either TypeScript or JavaScript Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines and version control Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced consulting environment Package: to £50,000 + benefits Fully Remote (UK only) Immediate start ..... full job details .....
