You will be the person who makes the difficult technical calls when risks or engineering problems emerge. Working alongside project managers and engineers across multiple disciplines, you will keep projects moving without every major decision being escalated to the same small group of senior people. The work is practical and close to the machinery. You will oversee several projects, identify risks early and bring the right engineering teams together to solve problems. You will also support customer discussions, design reviews, commissioning plans and technical decisions throughout the project lifecycle. Alongside delivery, you will mentor engineers and help develop the next generation of technical decision-makers within the business.
