      <description>Location: Whitechapel | Salary: &amp;pound;30000 - &amp;pound;38000/annum | Type: Permanent | Our client is seeking an Automation Specialist to support the development, improvement and maintenance of automated workflows across key business systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, simplifying repetitive processes and helping teams work more efficiently through practical technology solutions.   Key Responsibilities     Build simple automated workflows for internal processes.   Support integrations between CRM, marketing, finance and support tools.   Test, document and maintain automation workflows.   Investigate workflow errors and support issue resolution.   Identify repetitive tasks that could be automated.   Assist with process mapping and improvement initiatives.    About You     Interest in automation, systems and process improvement.   Familiarity with Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n or similar tools is beneficial.   Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.   Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks or data formats is advantageous.   Ability to work carefully with business data and system access. &lt;/ul</description>
