Key Responsibilities Build simple automated workflows for internal processes. Support integrations between CRM, marketing, finance and support tools. Test, document and maintain automation workflows. Investigate workflow errors and support issue resolution. Identify repetitive tasks that could be automated. Assist with process mapping and improvement initiatives. About You Interest in automation, systems and process improvement. Familiarity with Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n or similar tools is beneficial. Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
