This role involves identifying opportunities for process improvement and delivering innovative automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Design & Implement Automation Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand inefficient processes and design robust automation solutions primarily using  Microsoft Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create clear, comprehensive documentation for all implemented automation solutions, including design specifications, user manuals, and support guides. You'll also be responsible for creating and delivering training sessions to end-users and internal support teams.
• Ongoing Support & Escalation: Provide support for automation solutions, troubleshooting issues, and acting as an escalation point for complex problems.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for automation within our client’s internal processes and for their clients, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their automation needs, propose solutions, and manage the implementation process from start to finish.

Skills Required

• Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
• Good understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with a user-centric approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with clients.
• Experience with data integration, APIs, and cloud-based services is a plus.
• Experience with Json, Java Script, PowerShell or YAML would be desirable but not essential
